History (Please note, this information has not been edited and corrected yet. 03/21/2011):
As a Fae-Elf, Lilly was born to loving parents who are part of a race of elves contantly striving to enjoy every day as best as possible. Her name is from the human word for a species of flower, the Lilly. The first gift that her parents received in the world of Nexus Earth when a bunch of humans saved them from Demon Hordes. As she grew up, picking flowers became her daily, personal enjoyment. She would make time each day to pick at least something, and give them to someone different each day. Bubbly and full of energetic spirit, Lilly quickly became known by all the people of the Vella Ferra inhabitants when her tribe of elves made the journey to Mount Vella Ferra. Across the ravine from Vella Ferra was a vast open field full of rich soil. At age 14 Lilly began planting various flowers around a central point in the field that had a large tree with purple and pink leaves on it. Each morning Lilly would plant or tend to as many of the flowers as she could, relax under the tree to enjoy her afternoons, and then take as many flowers as she could carry back to the city to leave on doorsteps.
One day a troubled Elf came stomping through the field of flowers. She was clearly upset about something and was heading towards Lilly's favorite tree. Her name was Anaeda; a warrior Elf that Lilly had felt might need someone to talk to. She wasn't the first Elf Lilly had sat and listened to. In fact, delivering flowers to others led to conversation and the occasional friendship and aquaintance. It wasn't easy at first. Because of the obvious anger this Elf was expressing, Lilly approached her with caution. If she didn't want to talk, then Lilly wouldn't push it of course. But Anaeda saw the genuine concern from Lilly and asked her to sit as she explained everything that had been troubling her. The conversation was full of history, and events, that had been consuming Anaeda all these years. She was, after all, over 60 years older than Lilly and far more experienced in this world. But despite the experience, the history, the lessons that Anaeda had learned, she never learned to genuinely open up to the kindness of others. Allow herself to be socially vulnerable. She was a warrior and all she knew was to defend and attack before giving your opponant the upper hand. With Lilly, she found a friend, a companion, an elf not yet corrupted by the dangers of the world. And Lilly began to see a world beyond her daily pleasures. Beyond anything she could imagine. And within Anaeda, a special new kind of friendship.
Lilly and Anaeda grew to become closer companions as Anaeda began to train her to fight. Lilly was alreay amazingly athletic, even for an Elf. Although she was smaller, Anaeda felt that Lilly's abilities to be quick and fast were a wonderful trade off to her own skills of being strong and durable. Occasionally they would travel to some of the nearby towns an villages to help people from the dangers of the world. These adventures quickly put Anaeda and Lilly's names throughout the Northern and Eastern towns and villages and they were constantly greeted with hospitality from those who appreciated their help, and aggression from those whom felt threatened by these local "heroes."
After a few years of helping people, Anaeda was called back home by the Vella Ferra Elders and Council Members. Not being invited to these talks, Lilly went back to tend to her flowers which had been partially maintained by other Elves who had come to appreciate Lilly's kindness, and share in her comfort and relaxing nature out in the fields. One day, while Lilly was teaching several younger elves about the proper way to plant the flowers, a dark band of Demon Scouts had snuck up and captured Lilly and the others, using the flower fields as cover. Taken back to the base-camps, Lilly and the others were locked up in cages and loaded up on large wild beasts called Bru'fits. Lilly overheard their plans, that an invasion was underway to destroy the Vella Ferra Elves, thus hoping to eliminate a major opposition in the resistance again the Demon Horde in Nexus Earth. Working out a plan with three other elves, Lilly and her small group broke free and attempted to escape back to Vella Ferra, only to be captured by Slave Traders on their travels back North. Taking advantage of the Elves, the Slave Traders and their leader (To be named later), ended up slaughtering the Demons holding the rest of the captured Elves from the War, and adding them to the mix for their next batch of slaves to sell in the South Shores. During this time, Lilly was hurt, tortured and abused for her defiance because she had taken a leadership role for those who had been captured. The Slave Traders constantly used her to set and example to the others. After this, Lilly would go weeks without talking. Other elves began fearing for her, because they relied in her upbeat and cheerfully-natured attitude to keep them going. But, Lilly appeared to have been broken of her cheerful demeanor.
It wasn't until many months later, when all seemed lost, that Lilly and her fellow elves were rescued by Anaeda, who, after the war was over, had defied even the Elf Council to rescue those who had been captured. And when held Lilly in her arms, staring at her blank expression, Anaeda asked "where she was", while looking into lost eyes. And Lilly merely smiled and told Anaeda "Oh, I was just day dreaming about my flowers again. Lets go home, Anaeda." It wasn't until several weeks after the group returned to Vella Ferra that Lilly finally started talking again. She told Anaeda what had happened to her. And that she didn't know what she would have done if Anaeda didn't get there in time. With Anaeda's help, Lilly was quickly able to recover from the horrible things that had happened to her, and immediately return to her perky, cheerful and loving self. She vowed that, since she had survived such an horrific situation, that each day would again be lived as fulfilling as possible, and every chance to help someone in need, would be achieve.
